West Virginia Senate Passes Bill to Set State Standards for CCS
Earlier this week, the West Virginia Senate voted unanimously (33-0 with one absence) to pass legislation to set standards and practices for CO2 sequestration throughout the state – securing West Virginia’s early entry into CCS activity in the United States. The bill passed the WV House of Delegates last week. The bill now heads to
